Training time is money transcript

How much time would you invest in training and onboarding a new staff member?

From appointment and induction to training your organisation’s systems and process – minimum a week – it’s also reasonable to allow another two or three months to settle in during their 6 month probationary period.

It’s safe to say your time investment for each new team member can be anywhere between a few days up to a few weeks! Not to mention the stress of attrition – your team member departs, their knowledge base is lost and the cycle repeats. A standard fixture of HR in any organisation.

What if there was a better way? We think there is! SBA can flexibly adopt any of your processes, supporting your current staff and mitigating the impact of the attrition cycle.

We begin with a one off zoom session that takes between an hour and an hour and a half – with your permission we’ll record the meeting then create a process flow document.

The process is then shared with multiple team members, when coupled with their expertise in adopting a new process, it’s an ongoing seamless experience which is dynamic to your needs.

With SBA outsourcing methodology you can expect up to 70% less time expended in comparison to the ongoing compounded effect of the training investment cycle, all with no six month probation period to contend with.

Our commitment to you – If we can’t deliver within the month you’re free to walk away!

So assess your training investment and explore how SBA can minimise knowledge loss within your organisation.
