White label means your end clients see your brand, while the SLS team does the work. SLS uses the client’s email domain and logs in to the client’s practice management system to undertake the white label work.
How does white label conveyancing work at an operational level?
Our lawyers and paralegals communicate with the firm’s end clients and stakeholders using the firm’s email profile so that the firm’s brand is maintained. SLS is a registered Pexa member and can operate as an authorised user in the firm’s Pexa, Duties Platforms and similar.
SLS can cover the entire conveyancing function end to end or do as much as is required by the firm – the solution is customised to each firm’s specific requirements.

Our clients’ needs vary so we tailor our services to suit you. For example, some clients prefer that we perform specific tasks throughout the matter on an hourly rate basis. Others prefer we complete conveyances end-to-end for a fixed fee. Our lawyers can also be deployed to support the in-house conveyancing team, providing answers to complex questions as they arise.
